  • Very disappointed! BigRoad only fast and responsible to charge you card ($240 year), but if you have any issues with their ELD device, you'll getting no support at all!!! My DashLink not reading odometer, trying to get on customer support 4 days and no luck!!! I'm ready to file FCC claim against BigRoad to get my money back! Keep truckin ELD working just fine on same truck with same phone connected! BigRoad -BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!. 8 years ago

  • Guys run for this app was very nice before but with dash link if you move the truck you ar driving , they take your money , not answering to phone ( after long wating time) , no refund , no assistance. 8 years ago
  • Since AT&T bought out Big Road and replaced the Big Road modems with the Fleet Complete modums we have had problems with in accurate logs and not connecting to vehicles computer to get the engine status and odometer readings. 8 years ago
  • Not overally impressed out of 13 systems, I have 3 malfunctioning and in the fleet area that shows who requested duty status change its showing unknown. 8 years ago
