• Not happy one little bit, bought a cloud pet and it connects fine, tried the free app and everytime I tried creating the child profile it said uh oh an error occurred so then went on to buy the premium app and it does the exact same thing! Not even an option to skip creating the child profile to see what it's all about. 8 years ago
• Brought today for a Christmas present, it appears to have lots of issues, no validation email, should stop selling theese items in store untill the app developers can sort the issues. 8 years ago
• Continuously fails to send message to pet making it useless! The one game doesn't display correctly on a tablet or phone also making it useless!. 8 years ago
• App keeps crashing and the Bluetooth doesn't stay connected to the toy. 8 years ago
• Paid for the premium app as it states you can send messages no matter how far away you are and wanted to send messages while my little girl was staying with her grandma however it doesn't work! Try and send messages whilst away and it won't allow it as it needs to be connected via Bluetooth! How can they say send messages no matter how far away if you need to be connected via Bluetooth? • Paid for the upgraded version of the app since I bought my son a cloud pet but it always says can't connect or server error which is ridiculous since you need the app to send the cloud pet any messages it's utter bs to spend money on both products that don't work. 8 years ago

• I've just purchased 4 of these but can't even get past the first stage as it won't send a confirmation email to my inbox and I've been trying all day so I can't even get create an account in app! They are all going back in the morning!. 8 years ago
